Jenna loves the ocean and all things nature. She spends as much time as she can surfing on the Oregon coast while her best friend and pup, Francis, waits for her on the beach. When she’s on land she loves to hike, hang out with her amazing friends, eat greens, drink cocktails and listen to Dead Moon.

Jenna Goldin has been preparing taxes for small businesses and individuals since 2010. She co-owned and operated Math LLC from 2012-2020, the same year she launched Shift Accounting LLC. Jenna’s work in tax preparation was born of the intention to bring a social justice lens to accounting. Her mission is to utilize tax prep and money knowledge to build empowered communities based on equity through the redistribution of wealth. 

Jenna is also a founding member of Asset to the Resistance (AR). AR is composed of tax preparers, financial consultants and bookkeepers (aka Radical Money People) who challenge the capitalist system through education about money. 

AMANDA WILES, EA/LTC

Amanda likes to try weirdy new foods whenever the opportunity arises. She enjoys time with her oddball rescue dogs, long walks along the coastline or waterfront, traveling and exploring, dipping into some water, creative arts and live music, and relaxing with her friends and loved ones as much as possible.

Amanda Wiles, EA, LTC, has been diligently working with small businesses as a bookkeeper and consultant since 2001. In addition to working with other small businesses, she owned and conscientiously operated a grassroots community-based business of her own for 10 years.

Amanda has been preparing taxes since 2014. She has an extensive background working with artists, musicians, and entrepreneurs, as they negotiate the challenges posed by the creative arts and their unique business models.

Analyzing financial reports and providing helpful comprehensive advice to foster success and growth is her specialty. Helping others navigate the often-confusing landscape of the tax system is very important to her! Amanda provides reliable and honest work to all her clients. Her goal is for tax filing to become easily understandable and as stress free as possible.

Benjamin Hebert, CPA

(He/Him)

Benjamin enjoys gardening, playing video games, whiskey, and making his own sauerkraut. He also loves spending time beside a warm fire whether in the woodstove or firepit, laughing with friends, or playing board games. On any given day he can be found hanging with his two dogs and cute partner. 

Since 2015, Benjamin has been providing tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial modeling & analysis to small businesses in the Pacific Northwest. As a queer, trans man, he especially enjoys working with and empowering members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and other underserved groups. Benjamin strives to use the knowledge he has gained in 8+ years of public accounting to help individuals and small business owners alike overcome the challenges of late-stage capitalism. As someone who graduated with a bachelor's in art and then made his way to accounting, Benjamin understands that oftentimes the path to fulfillment is not a straight line. One goal of Benjamin’s is to support people who may be intimidated by numbers by making taxes and finances as painless as possible and maybe even a little more interesting.
